We support people in crisis from depression, severe mood disorders, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, grief, suicidal thoughts, or emotional instability. Stays are short, typically 3–5 days.
It's licensed as a Community-Based Residential Facility and Emergency Mental Health Facility — a safe, monitored, voluntary alternative to an ER.
You can call right now, day or night. A short stay here can be the turning point that gets you stable and safely back to daily life.

Getting started begins with a call, referral, and assessment. When clinically and medically appropriate, same-day admission may be available. Tellurian’s clinical team evaluates each person’s needs and determines whether short-term crisis stabilization is the right level of care.
The Care Center is designed for individuals experiencing:
During treatment, clients receive 24/7 monitoring and support, individual counseling, medication supervision and stabilization, case management, goal planning, group therapy, family therapy when appropriate, trauma-informed care, and structured therapeutic support.
The Crisis Care Center is a voluntary residential program, not a hospital. It is licensed as a Community-Based Residential Facility and Emergency Mental Health Facility, providing a safe, monitored environment with shared residential spaces, clinical staff, support staff, and dedicated outdoor smoking areas.
Before discharge, the team creates a personalized aftercare plan to support continued stability. Next steps may include outpatient therapy, psychiatry, housing support, case management, or other community-based services.
Tellurian accepts Medicaid, commercial insurance, and self-pay options may be available.
If you’re in crisis, help is available right now. You don’t have to go through this alone.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) pairs FDA-approved medications like Suboxone®, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and Brixadi with therapy, relapse prevention, and ongoing clinical support to reduce cravings and lower the risk of return to use.
MAT works best as part of a plan, not on its own. At Tellurian it's integrated with residential, outpatient, and IOP counseling, individual therapy, group support, and recovery planning. We treat opioid use including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioids.
You don't have to step away from your life to get real help. Whether it's weekly therapy or a more structured schedule, we'll build a plan that fits and start with a confidential assessment.
