24/7 Crisis Support When You Need Help Now

Tellurian’s urgent mental health services provide immediate, short-term care for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, emotional or behavioral emergency, drastic changes in mental health, symptoms of psychosis, or difficulty safely transitioning from a higher level of care back into daily life.

Our CARE Centers in Madison and La Crosse offer crisis stabilization in a supportive environment with safety monitoring, medication support, treatment planning, therapy, education, and connection to ongoing community resources.

This program may be a good fit if you are experiencing severe depression, anxiety or panic, bipolar symptoms, PTSD or trauma responses, psychosis-related symptoms, suicidal thoughts, or a mental health crisis connected to a history of substance use.

How Urgent Mental Health Care Works

Tellurian’s urgent care services are designed to help individuals stabilize quickly, reduce crisis risk, and identify the next step in care. Call ahead for a fast screening and assessment. Same-day admissions are often available based on program availability.

During care, individuals may receive 24-hour observation, crisis stabilization, medication and symptom management, emotional support, individual therapy, group therapy, education sessions, and peer support.

Before discharge, our team helps create a clear next-step plan, which may include referral to residential treatment, outpatient services, housing support, or other community-based care.

Our services may include:

  • Crisis stabilization services
  • 24-hour observation and care
  • Medication support and medication changes
  • Clinical therapy and emotional support
  • Group therapy and education sessions
  • Peer Support
  • Immediate Treatment Planning
  • Referral to Community Services

Tellurian accepts Medicaid, offers insurance options, and has self-pay options available.

You don’t have to go through this alone. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis, help is available now.

Housing & Homeless Services may be appropriate for individuals who are:

  • Experiencing homelessness or housing instability
  • Living with a serious mental illness
