Our Residential Withdrawal Management Center offers short-term transitional facility for individuals struggling with substance use and waiting to enter a residential treatment facility or sober living facility. Clients are eligible for this service when they are no longer intoxicated and no longer require 24-hour nursing observation. If an individual is already admitted to our Residential Withdrawal Management Program they can transfer directly. We provide daily group therapy facilitated by peer support specialists, counseling and case management from our substance use counselors and daily AA and NA groups to ensure stability, reinforce coping skills and support the transition to long term recovery.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) pairs FDA-approved medications like Suboxone®, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and Brixadi with therapy, relapse prevention, and ongoing clinical support to reduce cravings and lower the risk of return to use.
MAT works best as part of a plan, not on its own. At Tellurian it's integrated with residential, outpatient, and IOP counseling, individual therapy, group support, and recovery planning. We treat opioid use including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioids.
You don't have to step away from your life to get real help. Whether it's weekly therapy or a more structured schedule, we'll build a plan that fits and start with a confidential assessment.
