Tellurian's Outpatient Clinic offers our most flexible level of treatment for both addiction and menetal health recovery. We specialize in various substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health and substance use disorders.
This level of care is a strong fit if you're just getting started in recovery or are stepping down for a residential or intensive outpatient level of care. Tellurian is able to fit any schedule with appointments that work around your needs, no need to miss time with work, school, and family. We treat substance use, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, PTSD, grief, anger, and more.
Getting started begins with a call or confidential appointment request, followed by a clinical evaluation and personalized treatment plan. Care is built around each person’s needs, goals, schedule, and level of support.
During treatment, clients may participate in individual therapy, group therapy, family or couples therapy, relapse prevention, medication-assisted treatment when appropriate, and ongoing progress monitoring. Tellurian uses evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, and relapse prevention programming.
Outpatient care is flexible and individualized. Some clients may attend multiple sessions each week, while others may need periodic check-ins as part of long-term recovery maintenance. Many clients remain engaged for approximately 14 months, while others continue support for years.
Before transition or discharge, the team helps coordinate next steps, which may include continued outpatient care, peer support, medication-assisted treatment, recovery maintenance, or referral to a higher level of care if needed.
Tellurian accepts Medicaid, offers insurance options, and self-pay options may be available.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) pairs FDA-approved medications like Suboxone®, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and Brixadi with therapy, relapse prevention, and ongoing clinical support to reduce cravings and lower the risk of return to use.
MAT works best as part of a plan, not on its own. At Tellurian it's integrated with residential, outpatient, and IOP counseling, individual therapy, group support, and recovery planning. We treat opioid use including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioids.
