The Enso Residencies is a 60-unit residential building that provides individuals a studio apartment and comprehensive case management and other support services. Enso provides on-site housing stabilization and support, clinical services, and clinical case management to individuals at Enso Residences. We use a client-centered and harm reduction approach to meet the individual where they are at in their recovery and provide the level of support they desire.
Some of the units for designated for those on the Coordinated Entry List and other may be applied for through the on-site property management group, Lutheran Social Services.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) pairs FDA-approved medications like Suboxone®, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and Brixadi with therapy, relapse prevention, and ongoing clinical support to reduce cravings and lower the risk of return to use.
MAT works best as part of a plan, not on its own. At Tellurian it's integrated with residential, outpatient, and IOP counseling, individual therapy, group support, and recovery planning. We treat opioid use including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioids.
