PAIR supports people recovering from substance use, mental health challenges, or co-occurring conditions by pairing them with Certified Peer Specialists who’ve lived it themselves.
Peer advocates offer honest guidance, emotional support, accountability, and help navigating resources. It’s a strong fit if you recently completed residential or intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment, feel isolated in recovery, need ongoing motivation, or are enrolled in or eligible for CCS.
Support is flexible and community-based, built around your goals, short- or long-term, and designed to work alongside therapy, treatment, and case management.
Peer support isn’t the right fit if you need detox, medical stabilization, inpatient or residential care, or aren’t looking for a peer relationship. We can point you to the right level of care.

Getting started: request peer support, enroll through CCS or a referral, and get matched with a Certified Peer Specialist. Certified peers also work within many of our other programs, so support is connected across Tellurian.
Peer support is non-clinical. It doesn’t replace therapy or medical care. Peers use lived experience to help you talk openly, build coping strategies, stay motivated and accountable, navigate resources, and strengthen connection.
PAIR supports people experiencing:
Services include one-on-one peer support, recovery coaching, goal setting, accountability, resource navigation, and social-skill development.
Some of the best support comes from someone who’s walked the same road. Connect with a peer advocate who gets it.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) pairs FDA-approved medications like Suboxone®, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and Brixadi with therapy, relapse prevention, and ongoing clinical support to reduce cravings and lower the risk of return to use.
MAT works best as part of a plan, not on its own. At Tellurian it's integrated with residential, outpatient, and IOP counseling, individual therapy, group support, and recovery planning. We treat opioid use including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioids.
You don't have to step away from your life to get real help. Whether it's weekly therapy or a more structured schedule, we'll build a plan that fits and start with a confidential assessment.
