The Adult Residential Program is Tellurian's most intensive level of care. Our support includes residential, 24-hour treatment for people who need more support than outpatient or day treatment and are ready for a structured, supervised recovery environment.
This program treats alcohol addiction, opioid use, cocaine and stimulant use, other substance use disorders. Tellurian is also able to treat co-occuring mental health disorders that may be contributing to continued substance use including trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and other mood disorders.
Residential treatment offers shared and private rooming options and runs about 30 days and can extend to roughly 45, based on your needs and progress. Backed by a multitude of evidence based treatment modalities Tellurian's residential program has an 86% completion rate and takes an individualized, whole-person approach.

Combining elements of Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, and Family Therapy, this approach uses multiple avenues of support in a personalized treatment plan that’s unique to every patient. We’re proud to help patients through what may be the most challenging and most rewarding step on their road to recovery.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) pairs FDA-approved medications like Suboxone®, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and Brixadi with therapy, relapse prevention, and ongoing clinical support to reduce cravings and lower the risk of return to use.
MAT works best as part of a plan, not on its own. At Tellurian it's integrated with residential, outpatient, and IOP counseling, individual therapy, group support, and recovery planning. We treat opioid use including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioids.
You don't have to step away from your life to get real help. Whether it's weekly therapy or a more structured schedule, we'll build a plan that fits and start with a confidential assessment.
