SRO units for individuals experiencing homelessness. Individuals come off the Coordinated Entry list and reside in Permanent Supportive Housing(PSH) units. PSH case managers provide harm reduction and trauma-informed care services while supporting individuals on their recovery journey and ultimately to maintain housing.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) pairs FDA-approved medications like Suboxone®, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and Brixadi with therapy, relapse prevention, and ongoing clinical support to reduce cravings and lower the risk of return to use.
MAT works best as part of a plan, not on its own. At Tellurian it's integrated with residential, outpatient, and IOP counseling, individual therapy, group support, and recovery planning. We treat opioid use including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioids.
You don't have to step away from your life to get real help. Whether it's weekly therapy or a more structured schedule, we'll build a plan that fits and start with a confidential assessment.
