After much preparation and planning, Tellurian Outpatient Services is proud to introduce our newest initiative: the Relapse Prevention Group. This group is designed to provide crucial support to individuals 18+, regardless of gender, who are in recovery from substance abuse.
This group encourages members to talk freely about their recovery, discuss stressors, express emotions, and relate to each other in a healthy way. Members will participate in structured activities and learn coping tools, including relapse prevention strategies, emotional regulation skills, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness. Members will be equipped with the resources they need to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting sobriety.
Sessions are held every Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at our facility located at Tellurian, 300 Femrite Dr, Monona, WI in the second-floor conference room. We welcome individuals of all genders to join us, and clients can stay in the group indefinitely. Led by Jason Meir, LPC, SAC, our sessions provide expert guidance and support every step of the way.
