Permanent Supportive Housing(PSH) case management supports individuals coming from homelessness, off the Coordinated Entry list, living with a diagnosed mental health disability at one of our 20+ dedicated sites. PSH case managers provide harm reduction and trauma-informed care services while supporting individuals on their recovery journey and ultimately to maintain housing.
Opioid dependence is a challenging and complicated condition, but it can be successfully treated. Tellurian offers multiple medication assistant treatment options including: Suboxone®, Sublicaid, Vivitrol, and Brixadi. We offer these treatments in conjunction with our array of therapy options.
